Moral in the NHS is generally at an all time low, during the last spike in admissions our unit closed, all the staff were redeployed to help other areas, this time around we are trying to stay open. But it’s probable that some of our staff will have to go and help out. The generosity shown to the NHS last time was outstanding, this time we have been told we can’t accept external donations. But all areas are being given free tea coffee biscuits milk water and fresh fruit as a thank you to the staff
