Well needed day off. Matt joined me on a little walk to Tesco, it was sunny but pretty cold!

Did some jobs around the house, then did some baking. I’d saved a recipe months ago for these Almond Mince Tarts, so finally gave them a try. They end up like a mixture of mince pie and frangipane, I’m impressed.

Weekly zoom in the evening, then Matt’s delicious pea risotto, tv then bed.
