On university campus, several hostel buildings are currently being demolished. All these were built from big prefurnished modules and they are rather easy to deconstruct, so demolition takes place quickly. Here is another impression.

I didn't hear about whether new hostels will be rebuilt or if the empty areas will be used otherwise. I guess they will be needed, because the number of students of the Otto-von-Guericke University increased constantly the last years. For the moment, there are roundabout 12000 registered students. On the other hand, there is no shortage of flats in Magdeburg.

As is easy to see on the photo, the overexposured sky has been filled with blue and green. Some minor retouche has been performed also.
