Vapour Trail

The sky was blue when I went out this morning and driving to the local retail park I caught a glimpse of a distant aircraft leaving a very impressive vapour trail in its wake.

The only opportunity I had for a photo was during a brief stop at the traffic lights ..... glad my windscreen was clean!

The recent weather pattern has been a fine morning followed by a dull, wet afternoon and today it was just the same .... much too wet to go out in the garden and sweep up leaves.
