Stone with a story

I rode out to this village bench - there’s another bench too - to meet a cycling friend for a socially distanced picnic and catch up. You can read all about the stone in the extra pic. We mused on how last time we met here it was at least 20 degrees hotter and we were chasing the shade. This time seeking the faint warmth of the cold winter sun.
