giant

Looking for a blip this afternoon I saw this giant mushroom growing out of the edge of a big log between the bark layers. I’ve never seen any fungi as big as this. It reminds me of an enormous floppy flower. The logs are pretty big - in previous blips the grandkids have posed on them and so’s Nelly and Ziggy. I shall try and find out what it’s called.
I have told BlipCentral about my colour changing problem and they are kindly looking into it.
