Barnstaple - North Devon

The top half of the High Street late this afternoon. Christmas lights are up but switch on is Saturday. Neighbour told me this afternoon, that is has been requested that we stay home and switch our outside lights on at 6pm. I don't outside Christmas lights. Her hubby was busy putting theirs up.
