One of four walls

I've seen nothing but 4 walls today. Not well (reflux problems) with sore throat and painful swallow.
Hoping for a livelier day tomorrow and better medication but not holding out much hope for the latter as since ranitidine was taken off the market, the rest of the meds have been in short supply.
Need a new plan!
