The Porty Christmas Alligator Lights

On Nov 20th I referred to the Portobello Alligator Christmas lights. I've always seen them as alligators but this year they seem a bit ratty, or squirrel. Anyway, I am glad to see them up.

This was a walk home from Aldi at dusk (4pm). Had a busy, busy day. Good day.

Made leek and potato soup (allotment leeks), did a work online group training session, got the Bellfield website team focused in a bit to get the new site live in Dec, got good news that we are through first round of a big funding bid - now the hardwork begins.

Then some window design at Bellfield office, some late night members email update editing and about midnight a detailed, interesting engaged discussion with my girl about the tax system and how much we pay here!

This all came about because Scot Gov has legislated for provision of free period products and she was denating the ins and outs of it on tic tock! I learned stuff too.

Was a really good, enquiring, thoughtful conversation with her - we did a spreadsheet 'n everything!
