Thought Weaving

Can you name the book without cheating? I love the idea of “weaving” thoughts. I do strongly believe that the way we think is the biggest factor in how happy or unhappy we are - the way we see the world, our “lens”.

I don’t always manage to think in the right way and I think we all struggle a bit at the moment, that said - blip has been brilliant for helping me to see the world in a different way - I’d even go so far as saying life changing. Thank you Mrs H for introducing me!
