Thanksgiving Today and Thanksgiving Past

Today’s Blipfoto features scenes from a Previous Thanksgiving which took place at Craigendarroch.

The chefs are Mrs Dog and PC03LHO.

Although our lodge is for 8 people we always try to have at least the table set for at least 10.

This year Thanksgiving will be at home and for just us 2. There will be many messages, iMessages, FaceTime exchanges and a Zoom cocktail get together hosted by Mrs Dog.

There has already been quite a few discussions about the Christmas COVID rules relaxation and the unanimous view from young and old is "Not On Your Nelly".

We have been in lockdown 8 and a half months. Effective vaccinations are likely to be underway by Christmas. 2021 is the year for get togethers and to celebrate two birthdays at once etc etc.

2020 is the year of continuing friendships by technology.

I can smell the aroma of Thanksgiving Dinner already. We plan to have a great day.
