People who know me , know I get a fright very easily. 
Tonight I came out of the kitchen and this cushion was staring at me like this. I jumped! 

I was awake at 5am, talking to the Dr at 8.15 then back in bed for 2 more hours. Out a walk with a friend then a trip to the supermarket. 

I have made spag bol for tea tomorrow night; I have the boys again all day along at their house, and will be easier just reheating than cooking. Kelly comes home tomorrow night, which will be nice for everyone. Lewis is looking forward to her coming home so the house won't be as messy!
