Ayurvedic treatment

My talented friend Moira is an Ayurvedic therapist , a wonderful yoga teacher and has a full time job.
I was lucky enough to receive an Ayurvedic treatment this afternoon with Moira , it’s called Vasti. The treatment was given in her yoga shed.

Moira created a dough well on my lower back and hot oil was poured into it , then massaged into my back., with the oil being replaced when it cooled. It was lovely and very relaxing. And great to catch up with Moira, who I had not seen for ages.
The treatment is to help the pain and inflammation caused by my herniated disc.
