Picking out our Christmas Tree

Every year we go to Tree-Berry Farm in nearby Scituate to select a fresh cut tree. We usually go on the Saturday or Sunday after Thanksgiving, but this year is very different. Lots of people are decorating for Christmas early and tree shopping early. So, we went today and that was very smart. It was busier than usual and because of last summer's drought, the trees were not the best. We need a tall and slender tree for our small square living room with a high ceiling. We finally found one to our liking and had it marked. They'll cut it next week and deliver it for a small charge. We went to our favorite garden shop as well in the same town, Kennedy's and poked around there as well. It was a nice to be out shopping in the open air, just to be out and about is a treat.

For the Record,
This day came in fairly warm and cloudy.

All hands wary
