I saw the crescent

and at least three quarters of the moon. 

It was a wonderfully cold, delightfully bright cycle back home from the station. After a day mostly spent waiting for a nasty letter from a law firm. 
I guess they need a few more days to distil nastiness to a more concentrated state. 
Elsewhere, the new PET CT scanner is coming along nicely. 
I like it when things actually get done.
