Sage

Sage in French means wise.
A sage, in English is a wise person.
So it is no wonder then that taking the herb sage medicinally can improve memory, alertness, attention, learning and information processing, including in those people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Perhaps I should eat it more often than once a week in the stuffing mix!

The sage in our garden sparkled with frost this morning.

Philosophy Friday
A fool thinks of himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool.
William Shakespeare
