A great vantage point
Right from first thing this morning sun glasses were needed when driving .... low sun hitting the windscreen makes things a bit tricky.
A beautiful day .... not a cloud, not a breath of wind so no wind chill factor. A temp of 4°C felt almost balmy. Photographers were out in force this morning hoping to get that special photo up at the Heritage Park loch. They came equipped with large cameras. mighty lenses and tripods while I just had my wee point and shoot hanging round my neck.
Magpies are not my favourite birds but, in the sun, they do look rather majestic sitting at the top of an almost leafless tree.
The temperature dropped very quickly in the afternoon when the sun did its disappearing act.
