Do we still have Silly Saturday? Anyway another run by blip.
The cows in the barn up the road were licking the raindrops cascading off the roof. I’m sure they have a big bucket of fresh water somewhere but like our old cat who preferred to drink out of puddles or the toilet, this cow was enjoying quenching her thirst from a more novel source.
Was making Christmas shopping lists today and decided to go and clear a few things out of the freezer. Ended up putting more in!
So today’s excitement was to go to our favourite electrical goods suppliers in Redditch and get a new little spare fridge freezer to replace the ancient one in the garage which has an unreliable freezer compartment. Yippee I can stock up with ice cream and ready prepared things for the hordes of visitors we won’t be having.
