DAy 257 Day 22 OUr bags are packed

Fed the washing machine again.  Then KG went up into the loft and got the Christmas tree down.  We decided to put it in a different place this year and as well as assembling it KG was modifying the branches.  By the time this was completed it was time to watch qualifying good result .
 
After watching quali and leaving KG to watch the rugby I went to clear up the dishes BUT . . .
 
The bunnies seemed to be in awe of the Christmas Tree going up.
A discussion amongst themselves  and they decided to go and talk to elf.  Elf is the chief elf and obviously in charge.
Bossy Boots was nominated as the spokesbunny.  BB said to Elf – we are not really into this Christmas and  winter season.  We are thinking of going somewhere warmer for a while and wonder if you will keep an eye on things around here while we are away. 
Elf said he would be delighted  and apart from Safety   had some more recruits (thanks Amanda).   He wished the bunnies a happy holiday and said he would look after things until the New Year.
The bunnies went away happy and last I saw they said their bags were packed.  I told them  the idea was not to pack themselves  but what they needed to get away.  Silly Bunnies
Another dull chilly day and the lights seem to have been on a lot today
