Tech Week.

Sitting in on technical rehearsals for Curve Theatre's production of Piaf.

The purpose of tech week is to rehearse the show with all technical elements in place. This allows the actors to become familiar with the set and costumes, the technical production crew to iron out unforeseen problems, and the director to see how everything comes together as a whole. Sometimes can be a hectic time for the company and crew but all their hard work will be completely worth it.

I'll be taking the production photographs tomorrow during their final rehearsal, so sitting in on tech allows me to do my homework and figure out the photographs in my head before hand.
