Green

The weather didn't look to great this morning, but as I was in need of fresh air and exercise, I went out for a walk. It was actually quite pleasant as it was dry and there was no wind. Whenever I get to the top of the hill, there's one bird I hope rather than expect to see - a Green Woodpecker. Today, I was lucky - it was sitting in its favourite tree. I also saw Mistle Thrush, Redwings, Fieldfare, Rooks, a sizeable flock of Goldfinches, and a fat cock Pheasant (Extras)
