Adeste Fidelis

One of my favourite radio programmes asks listeners to send in recordings of bells - church bells, cow bells, hand bells...  This morning I sent them a recording of my clock bells.

This photo is a detail of a musical longcase clock made by John Harrison of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in about 1770.  It plays 7 tunes on 8 bells.  As it is now Advent I sent in a recording of Adeste Fidelis.  Rule Britannia and (National) Anthem are fairly obvious.  I recognise the Psalm though I don't know which one it is.  But I don't know the Dublin Air, Alpine Song or Blue Beard March.  They must have been popular jingles in 1770.
