A promising new day

First day of shops, bars, restaurants and the gym open after our local lockdown.
That was my first pic this morning and I thought the new rules would make it a different day, but now it is late in the afternoon and I see that everything is more or less the same.
After all I am not going shopping or to bars or to the gym - for security reasons. So, what has changed?
