Islands in the fog

What depressing weather down in the valleys and invigorating weather up above 1000m. Walked up above 1000m from Ahorn in the Napfgebiet. Walked from Ahorn to Oberscheidegg, 1248m, staying high above. About 8 km walk, followed by a smoked salmon snack at the Ahorn mountain restaurant, with another one of those special coffees, with plum schnapps and whipped cream.
