Ladd Carriage House, SW Broadway.

I walked past the carriage house today and was happy to see there's a new tenant in the building, a restaurant. This house has been moved around a couple of times to make way for modern buildings and parking garage but it has endured. Some history on the building here and a really great video of the house being moved here. I much preferred the old blue color of the house but at the end of the day I'm just glad this place is still downtown and in use.
