Dinner

Bill and Nick came to dinner. Roast lamb, vintage rump from the freezer. Potatoes, Calabrese, stewed red cabbage, gravy. A bottle of red with the meal. Gluten free crepes for after with a marmalade and brandy Suzette sauce.

The brandy is a refugee from the Acme days. Organic, naturally. The cork disintegrates on opening, but I filter the liquor into a Brewdog rum bottle. I shouldn’t have worried - we make good progress through the remains.
