Health warning

I can't remember the last time I made tablet but I thought I'd give it a go with a view to making some as gifts. I have fond memories of watching my Mum making it and she made it look effortless. This is a reasonable effort but I'm not quite there yet. Not sure if I'll tackle a further batch as I think this lot will last quite a while.
