New kids on the block

Took my morning walk by the Derwenthorpe lakes. First I was pleased to see our family of swans have returned and the cygnets are more or less full size but are yet to get their adult plumage. Then I spotted our resident heron busy foraging in the water and then, on the second lake a small flock of Goosanders which I have never see here before. I have added a couple of extras.
