Dressed up parking meter

Frostburg covered a lot of its downtown parking meters in fun decorations. Two are snowmen made of tires, some are decorated as trees, others have wreaths and lights. This one is a skier.

If you look closely, you can see snow falling. It snowed a bit in the higher elevations today. Some stuck. We saw flurries in Cumberland, but nothing stuck. Welcome to December.
