More smiles

Mack has mostly spent today practicing his smiles again.

My dad came in to meet me for lunch today so I escaped from the ward for an hour while Mack was sleeping. We went to our favourite local haunt - Cushion and Cake.

Auntie Julia came to visit us this afternoon. It was lovely to catch up with her and Mack enjoyed being fed by her and receiving lots of cuddles.

I've come home again tonight and swapped with C.
Kerr is still a bit under the weather and is coughing and complaining of a sore throat. That's been almost a week now so I think I might take him to the GP tomorrow morning.
