Oops

I decided to make my banana applesauce chocolate chip muffins today. I set about doing it, enjoying my audio book at the same time, and put them in the oven to bake. I turned around to clean up and noticed three bananas sitting there. Oops. I'm blaming this on my insomnia last night!

Thankfully they taste okay. Not great, but oh well.
