Our fine four fendered friend....

We are still working our way through the last few boxes of stuff from my late father-in-law’s house. Today this photo fell out of a vinyl copy of the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang soundtrack. 

My FIL was station-master at Lime Street; John can remember the CCBB car being at the station for the film release ( he also remembers it being the worst day of his life as he was absolutely terrified by the child catcher!).  The boy on the right is Adrian Hall, who played Jeremy Potts, and I am pretty sure that’s Mark Lester (of Oliver! fame) on the left. What a treasure!
