Thundersnow

It wasn't a huge surprise to wake up to a big dump of white stuff this morning as viewed here through the front door. Once I realised our roof wasnt actually caving in and that it was thunder - the ensuing noise against the window really had to be thundersnow. The last time we had it was even more impressive than this.

It was an utterly vile day out and while a lot has melted theres still plenty laying about just now.

In other news I received a copy of the book that has my dissertation in it and i also received a lovely surprise gift of handmade brownies from a friend (but not made by her) to cheer me up bless her.
