On the fourth day of Christmas

I give to you four faded roses.

It’s that time of year at work when we have ceremonies to say well done to people. Normally they are face to face and last year I sang at one of the events.

Some of the choir members and I had made a video earlier this year to raise money for the NHS. We had sung Fix You by Coldplay. We’d been nominated for one of the awards and we were the runners up in that category. It was a great honour.

After work HtP came round and we had a takeaway curry. It was delicious.
