Brave And Bold

Braver than me at least. Today has been bitterly cold and for once I've missed my daily walk. I nipped into the garden though, attracted by this splash of red.

These miniature winter cyclamen have been flowering through the darkest and coldest of days. Inspirational!. Apparently they are native to Greece and Turkey (and a few other places), yet are adaptable so can put up with an English winter.
