A more common picture from the kitchen today where I was making tuna casserole for our tea and waiting on a loaf to prove. The former was just what was needed on a winter’s evening, the latter a festive success - I added Lebkuchen spices to the mix just for the hell of it and it works. Who knew?
On the Jambo front, it was nice to see that the Hearts women’s team finally won a match today - against the Hibees!
