Old Gate, Alva Glen

A biting east wind made for a cold walk up Alva Glen this afternoon. I have blipped some parts of the glen before but today we went higher than the waterfalls by the zig-zag path to the point where there is a fine view of the upper reaches of the glen. Too dull for an impressive landscape so I am posting this shot of the old gate and fence with just a hint of the glen in the background.
