The chosen one

We decided against driving to the Gifford Pinchot National Forest to get a tree, but went with our daughter’s family to a farm much closer to home instead. It was busy! People are eager to decorate for Christmas this year, to bring some light into the Covid gloom.
We are always looking for a wild one, not one all trimmed to perfection. That’s hard to find on a tree farm. Settled on this one finally.
