Poor Ted wasn't getting the chance to see Spongebob.

No bike today for reasons I'll tell the guys about in person so they can laugh properly to my face... it involves a bike now being in the repair shop.....

Will need the rest as I'm within 5 secs of catching the bugger that's KOM on my Strava river segment...... hell hounds on yer tail....
