Icy Fingers

Dear Diary,

These icicles reminded me of long finger bones with their "joints".  We are in the grip of winter weather now with temperatures more normal for this time of year, 20F this morning.  Power came back on yesterday at 1:30, about 48 hours after it went out but 36 hours before the projected restoration so I was delighted.  John will be here this morning to add oil to the generator and get it ready for the next outage.
