Tahoe and Bali

Tahoe had a great day playing in the sun.
I asked him if he'd like to play ball with the throwing stick.
His answer, "Heck yes!".
Bali, sadly,  spent the day indoors. 
Last night she lost a 10 day battle with an eye infection from a corneal ulcer. 
Despite three different antibiotics the infection penetrated her right eye ruining it and requiring it to be removed today. 
So shocking and sad, the need for this surgery was terrible to hear from the veterinarian.
I've just learned from the surgeon that Bali did well in surgery and it was a complete success.
We get to bring her home tomorrow morning.
