I do tend to judge celebs by their choice of music on Desert Island Discs.  Any Dylan track and there must be some good in them but, what really has them marked out as an ok gal/guy is Tom Waits.  Like Dylan, it is almost impossible to choose one but Downtown Train ticks all the boxes for the sixth choice.
I thought this interview quite good - he also comes across as an ok guy - We're All Mad Here
