The Cat's Meow...

This new (and very bright) building was intended for the sale of cats.  The proceeds of the sales were to go to animal shelters.  Sadly, there are no stray cats nor dogs as people have adopted new pets during the pandemic, for companionship.  So, the business is closed. 

The building just sits empty...
