Classic shot!

Finally today Carys got her birthday present from May. Obviously it had been cancelled during lockdown and we were lucky with the rebooking because a week earlier and it would have been cancelled again. As it was we had a fabulous day. We were on the first tour and there were only about 20 of us. The whole day, there was only one time when I felt that it was too crowded and we moved away quickly. Normally there are 8000 visitors a day, but due to Covid that has been reduced to 3000. A silver lining to Covid is that we had loads of time to see everything and all my photos look like there is no one else there.

Most importantly Carys had a fantastic day. She wants to watch the film's again and she is now a fully fledged Gryfinddor, having got over the disappointment of not being sorted into Ravenclaw!
