The 'exchange uk driving licences for Portuguese ' saga boiled to a head today... the whole process is supposedly 'on line' .... dvlc was inaccessible from here (thank God for family in UK) and the whole thing seemed to have been fine tuned to frustration. Anyway a big 'congratulations' to aA who persevered until it was all sent off...... let's hope it works!
