Pak choi

I'm hardly leaving the house right now, in quarantine awaiting a corona test and the weather is miserable too, so finding joyful and interesting moments feels a bit like scraping the barrel.

However, this wonderful pak choi specimen arrived in my organiv vegetables box from Aarstiderne. And it was so perfect I couldn' t help admiring it..
