Rainbow Bee-Eater Success!

Took my uncle to Lake Gwelup Reserve this morning to do some birding and finally managed to get a few decent bee-eater shots (unlike the last time). I had my big chunky telephoto lens with me and only a monopod so crispness was difficult to obtain. Might take my tripod next time and really get into it...

This one is a juvenile. You can tell because it doesn't have the lengthy tail feathers the adults grow (see here).
