Fog gone .....

........ dissolved by the rain!

Instead of frips we now have drips!

This is the last (I think) Welsh Poppy flower this year ...... it was hanging its head under the weight of the raindrops ...... probably hoping for some sunshine ..... hope you like it :-)

Hubby had his appointment with the physio today ..... he has some exercises to do & another appointment next month to see how he is progressing. Great that he has finally been properly examined & fingers crossed that the exercises help!
