Day's end

It's been a tough day with the news early this morning that a friend of my hubby's had died from Covid complications.
This evening we enjoyed a sherry on the cliff top -a fitting toast to him as we watched the sun go down. 
Last night I enjoyed being part of a zoom evening church service in the UK together with other blippers...isn't technology amazing.
As we are now in the second wave of this pandemic, with our city being labelled as the hotspot in the country, it's time to stay at home, stick to protocol and appreciate the beautiful part of the world where we live!
