his heart

the Radish had a long overdue groomings this afternoon.
he has a perfect heart on his left side.
being a boy, he managed to make himself utterly disheveled within moments. luckily that's just how we like him.

roasting:  a boned rolled shoulder of lamb with spicy dukkah and sage, rosemary, and the last two cloves of elephant garlic.  another hour to go.
it smells good.  my tummy is rumbling.
